What is love?
Love is the strongest emotion, a gift given to Man from God.
What does love mean?
Love means you have opened yourself & allowing another into you. It means you care for something or someone.
How do yo know when you are in love?
In love in a totally different emotion. You shouldn't notice the feeling as soon as you feel it. It should come as an epiphany, if you will. Once you look at someone else & care for them as much as you do yourself or more, you are in love. If it hurts you deeply to see them hurt you are in love.

Flying High....
My mind wanders.. and I drift off into a pleasant slumber.
Nothing of this world seems to bother me.
I feel no more pain,
No more of the suffering that this world brings.
I am flying high above all of the bullshit of Man.
People can be so hurtful without thinking twice
So I fly, fly so high the only things I hear are songs in my mind
My own little radio station that plays only the best.
Any and everything I want at that exact moment
This drug, I barely possess
I need it to ease my pain, to help me fly
I have become dependent of it
I can't seem to go forward with out a piece of it
It is a craving I have seem to make myself need too often
Addiction is such a strong word, no?
To feel like a crackhead just seems disgusting
Looking in from the outside you cannot possibly understand
Or can you?
I'm sure everyone goes through it, right?
Please don't tell me I am all alone in this feeling
This addiction
How can I get this feeling without my "drug"?
To feel so high, so free, so beautiful
Yes, beautiful :o)
My drug does all of this for me
But, I barley have it, so when I get it I take it all in!
See my drug comes and goes
Stays just long enough to get me hooked
But the high lasts for a few days
What drug you know lasts that long??
It feels so good
Better than the ripest strawberries,
The biggest piece of carrot cake
Better than that feeling you get when you cleans your ears
A pedicure & soaking in a jacuzzi
Well I don't want to share my secrets
You know when someone knows you are happy they want a piece
And you can call me Ginuwine, I don't want to share
*sigh* And I can't wait till I'm flying once again

My Home...
I love to sit a listen to the wind blow & the rustle of the leaves as the birds are singing songs of great melodies
I love this place coz its my home.
A place where I can rest peacefully, have not one worry, & sorrow does not dwell here
It’s a place in my heart where I am truly happy
Luther said a house is not a home….
& in my home there is only one way on but many ways out.
All I need is that gentle breeze to take me there
When I don’t have to worry about the current recession, or the crime levels
How I don’t care you back stabbed me yesterday or how I know longer know your face
This place I call home can be mistaken for heaven coz it feels a lot like it
No pain, hallways paved in gold, sweet songs filling the air, luscious aromas and….a gentle breeze
A breeze not strong enough to carry paper down a street but strong enough you can feel its presence
It just wants you to know it is there…& you are not alone

Reminiscing on days past
My mind can’t decide what was real & what was my dream
Why does it seem all good things have to come to an end?
Is that life? Luck? Karma?
If it were that simple would it be too good?
Does God not believe we would truly appreciate it?
Or does the devil try THAT hard to stay one step ahead?
As good as things were, are they really the past?
Is moving on really the best thing, or is it worth one more try?

Blinded by Greed & Lust
It's been known that man kind is greedy. That is our most deadliest sin. Greed. Which can go hand in hand with Lust. For you have everything you could ever want or need sitting in front of you but your Greed makes you Lust for something else....just to see if it MIGHT be something better out there. but you don't want to let go of what you already have so you let it linger knowing it is not doing either one of you any good. Is this human nature?
I have seen little kids put so much candy in their mouths but yet & still go grab after more...just in case they may not have a chance later they want as much as they can now. Is this the reason for obesity? Which also reminds me of Cinderella Gus (the mouse) is being chased after the cat but he is so greedy he wants to pick up every single piece of corn he can until he drops them all almost getting caught. Greed will be the death of Man. Whether it be his soul or him whole.
If you have something great in your face & you know..why let it pass you by for a "chance" that something else just might be a little bit better? not to say anyone should settle & we were all taught to go after the best. But really isn't that just another way of adults teaching us from day one to be just a little bit more greedy, lustful?
I believe honestly our unhappiness comes from within. You are not happy because you don't want to really take the time to see what you already have. That goes for anything. Relationships, jobs, school. Yes it is a good thing to be the best you can be & strive to be better..however don't be greedy. Don't lust for things outside your element when you already have the world presented to you.
Because once that world is no longer existent you only have that "dream" of what could be or what it could have been.
Most people talk about the Bible but do we really learn from it? Eve was being Greedy & Adam was lustful. They had everything they could ever want or need in front of them. But they were not satisfied until they lost it all & it was too late.
Don't be blinded by greed & lust only to loose everything.

Welcome to my blog! So this is gonna be a quick "about me" session so you can get to know a lil bit about me & why I say things/think certain ways....

So....me! Currently new mother of a BEAUTIFUL baby boy Christopher :o) he is my everything! Aspiring model, going back to school to major in psychology. I have a low tolerance for ignorance, people with a ghetto mind set, & liars mostly.
Here I will be posting a few of my old poems/short stories & thoughts on some strong issues.
I am prolly the most honest person you will come across, loyal & loving. However that does not mean I will just take ish from people because I care for them! :o) I should have been a counselor as much as I am able to help others & I to an extent enjoy doing so....I love to see people happy! Call me the Love Dr. I have put together couples from 7-10years back that are still together happily married....
I'm very random as you can see from Twitter My 1st few posts will be old to me but new to you....I wrote them before but the subjects are STILL important or interesting so to speak
